Find out more about Will…
Will Moore is an Anglican, writing and speaking broadly in the areas of gender, masculinity, sexuality, violence, and the Bible. He has also recently been recommended to train for ordination within the Church of England, beginning his studies and formation at Westcott House in Cambridge later this year.
Holding a BA (First Class Honours) and an MTh (Distinction) in theology and biblical studies from Cardiff University, Will has had opportunities to share his research in the academic arena through conferences, chapter publications, and journal articles. Committed to accessible and public theology, he has also written for popular online blogs.
Will has notably appeared on television discussing his own journey of reconciliation between his faith and sexuality. As a bisexual Christian, he is committed to nurturing others in their faith, particularly those who find themselves on the margins of Christian communities and wider society. He has represented the Christian and LGBT+ communities at various panels and talks.
As a keen speaker and teacher, Will has been an Authorised Local Preacher (ALP) in his local benefice in Essex, within Chelmsford Diocese. He has also offered other reflections and sermons further afield, as well as online.
When he isn’t writing or speaking, you might find Will playing piano, enjoying a good musical or movie, cuddling cute dogs, or out on a run!
